Bjørn Rune Gjelsten and bilfamilien Mills combine to make old factory buildings to 350 new apartments, writes DN.
Møllergruppen Property purchased property to AL Industrier, in Oslo for NOK 400 million in 2012.
– We were very enthusiastic when we heard that Møllergruppen would carry a housing partner, says marketing manager Christian Rikter-Svendsen Profier, a property development company controlled by Bjørn Rune Gjelsten, to DN.
The planned entry of up to 60,000 square meters of buildings on 27 acres of land, much like in the old industrial area Vulkan at Grünerløkka in Oslo, which today houses including food hall, homes, restaurants and commercial premises.
– We will sell apartments for around two billion, says Rikter-Svendsen to DN, adding:
– We hope to get started with sales of the first apartments just after Easter and that first stage will be finished for Christmas in 2017.
