Downturn on Wall Street – but techno stocks rise – HegnarOnline

The US markets ended slightly down on Wednesday. Investors took today in impressions of a number of macroeconomic figures, while was hesitant to developments in Greece. The Greek parliament will tonight vote on the deal on Monday was reached between Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras’ government and creditors.

The Greek politicians have until midnight with achieving an agreement that will ensure the country new emergency loans.

Dow Jones ended the day down 0.02 percent to 18,050.17, while the S & amp; P 500 fell 0.07 percent to 2,107.40. Nasdaq ended at its side down 0.12 percent to 5,098.94.

Recent quarterly
Netflix fell today by 2.23 percent in annual trading, after the company’s stock split. Pouring website has also submitted quarterly by the stock exchanges’ closing Wednesday. Earnings per share totaled 6 cents, against expecting 4 cents.

The share traded in by trading up 9.68 percent to $ 107.63.

Intel la also presented interim tonight. The company had a profit per share of 55 cents, against 50 cents expected.

Several macroeconomic figures
Empire Manufacturing index rose from unaudited minus 1.98 in June to plus 3.86 in July. Consensus was according to Bloomberg at plus 3.00.

The index is based on questions central bank in New York running for a number of state goods manufacturers about the current situation and the situation six months ahead of time.

Meanwhile, figures from the US statistical authorities that producer prices (PPI) in the US rose 0.4 percent from May to June. Here was the consensus of 0.2 percent increase.

PPI, excluding food and energy, rose in turn 0.8 per cent from May to June, against expected 0.1 percent rise.

Earlier today let Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) are figures showing that the number of loan applications fell 1.9 percent as of 10 July. The week before, the number of applications 4.6 percent.

The index shows loan applications for purchases and refinancing of housing.
