The Norwegian Meteorological Institute has issued cautions warning for all of Eastern Norway. Powerful local rain showers and risk of localized flooding has been reported already on Monday night.
According to the notification, it may get up to 50 mm of rain in 12 hours Monday. In addition, there were thunders and lightnings.
– It gets wet in Eastern Norway, that’s for sure. But it’s hard to say exactly where it comes most rain, said duty meteorologist Anita Ager-Wick.
But there is no reason to take sorrows in advance, for it is reported knallvær at least rest this Sunday. At Oslo University of Oslo has already reported 24, 5 degrees, while today’s highest temperature in Akershus so far is 26.6 degrees in Årnes.
Warmest it in Buskerud, where at 13 o’clock today was measured 28.4 degrees in Sigdal.
– Just enjoy this day. We suspect it is heading towards a new tropedag, says Ager-Wick
In addition, you can take comfort in that Monday’s rain will not last long. Already on Monday afternoon the sun comes back. It will also shine throughout Tuesday, we believe the meteorologists. But temperatures will not be as high as they’ve been the last few days.
