– Payment of fees is a judge assignment. The decision may be appealed, says Engebretsen to DN.

– In this case, my colleague forwarded timesheets from Malthe-Sørenssen to court and explained his or her connection to the defending team. So it has been up to the court to honor, says Hjort partner Erling Olav Lyngtveit, which is one of the defenders to Tromsdalstinden.
