Shanghai Stock Exchange fell 7 percent – Sunnmørsposten

The benchmark Shanghai Composite lost weight 7.13 percent to 3,633.81 points, while the Shenzhen index fell 6.96 percent to 2,061.55 points.

The Chinese markets were among the most successful earlier year, but since mid-June have shares plummeted over 20 percent.

– Chinese brokers considering enough still to reduce their risk. Now the mood is on the verge of panic, said the Singapore-based strategist Bernard Aw Bloomberg News.

The last days fall is partly because the national authorities stated that they will launch an investigation into possible price manipulation. (© NTB)
