The former oil and energy minister has accused Statoil for abuse of power. In the next week testifies she against the group that now saksøkes for over 80 million of rogalandsgründere.
Monday is the date set for another chapter in the long-standing rettsfeiden that Biofuel entrepreneurs have run against Statoil and the state.
According to the final plaintiffs Ove Martin Kolnes, Steinar Kolnes and Arne Helvig, saksøkes Statoil 79,6 million plus loss of income for the court’s discretion.
