Farstad Shipping tops the winners after nearly 25 minutes of trading, with an increase of 35 per cent, while Siem Offshore, is up 21 percent.
the latter’s main shareholder Kristian Siem and Farstad Shipping started in the autumn negotiations on a refinancing of the Farstad Shippig which would also included a merger with Siem Offshore.
But the negotiations were broken at the beginning of January when Farstad Shippings creditors not agreed on the proposed solution.
One of the ships is owned by Farstad Shipping, while two of the ships coming from Siem Offshore.
Updated at 10.04: Kursbevegelsene in the two shipping companies have slowed somewhat, but they are still powerful. Farstad Shipping is up 27,45 per cent, while Siem Offshore is up 21,94 per cent.
