Dual daughters Cecilie and Kathrine Astrup Fredriksen (31) has given his father John Fredriksen advice about investing in real estate, writes DN.
– We are very interested in the property and has urged Dad to investing in real estate for years, says Fredriksen daughter Kathryn said.
She and her twin sister Cecilie was among the guests at his father’s traditional Christmas party at the Theater in Oslo on Friday.
– It is safer for us of course, there is not as much risk and fluctuations that what he is doing. He is very fond of risk, but all of his time. I think Dad has taken enough risks in their lives. This is a new era for us all, she says to DN outside the restaurant.
Norway’s richest man explains that the daughters is why he invests in property.
– It is well on Because of my daughters. I’m not particularly interested in the property, to say it that way, says Fredriksen to DN.
Fredriksen has invested heavily in real estate stocks in recent months, including two billion Norwegian Property – where daughter Cecilie is a director .
