FORNEBU (Dagbladet): After eight hours of negotiations at the law firm BA-HR at Tjuvholmen yesterday, landed Norwegian and pilots’ union a new overtime agreement.

Overtime agreement was a treaty after some intense days of cancellations and hefty phraseology between the parties.
The agreement means that the much talked holiday agreement continued. This makes it possible for Norwegian to get pilots to work on days when they really have free, thereby avoiding cancellations due to crew shortages.
It has stormed around Norwegian departures this summer . This weekend was at least 18 departures canceled due to pilot shortage.
These occurred after the agreement between the company and the pilots on holiday purchases expired on 1 July. The flight manager in Norwegian, Tomas Hesthammer, will not go into detail about what the agreement contains, but says to NRK that appointments will take place during the autumn.
