Gigantic property sales in Skøyen – OBI Online

Norwegian Property, where John Fredriksen’s Geveran Trading owns 48 percent, has reached an agreement to sell three properties at Skøyen Entra ASA.

The property value for the properties agreed to 2.529 million, which is 142 million (5.9 percent) higher than the properties were valued at the end of Q1, 2016.

the transaction is 1 september 2016 on the sale of real estate companies with a market adjustment for ownership.

the sale is in line with Norwegian Property’s strategy of active portfolio management and visibility of the underlying value in its portfolio, shall eat it in a meldnig.

Norwegian Property will in connection with the transaction considering amendments of Group interest rate hedging portfolio so that it better reflects current market interest rates.

Norwegian Property resumed dividend payments of 0.05 kroner per share for Q1 2016. in connection with the subsequent quarterly reports in 2016, the Board will assess the level of dividend payment.

the transaction includes properties Verkstedveien 1, Verkstedveien 3 and Drammensveien 134 with associated parking garage and outdoor spaces (the sale of the eiendomseiende companies). The transaction does not include employees.
