the DEA delivered the plan for development and operation (PDO) for the gas Dvalin (formerly Zidane) in the Norwegian sea to the ministry of Petroleum and energy on Monday. It is the largest new development project on the Norwegian continental shelf in years.
Dvalin is a subsea development, and shall be linked to Statoil’s Heidrun platform via a pipeline.
the Gas to be passed on in a new export pipelines tied back to the Polarled pipeline, and then on to the Nyhamna. From there it will be sent to Europe.
