Storeier get with Nordic Capital will buy the rest of the Nordnet – E24

Öhmangruppen and oppkjøpsfondet Nordic Capital through the company NNB Intressenter announced a bid on the nettmegleren Nordnet.

the Bid is a 37 Swedish crowns per share, says Nordnet in a message. The bid values the entire Nordnet to 6,48 billion Swedish krona.

From the prior owner Öhmangruppen 62,7 per cent of Nordnet. The group, which has been the main shareholder since its inception in 1996, the turns now together with Nordic Capital to acquire the rest of the Nordnet.

Öhman is a privately owned group of companies with 78 billion Swedish kronor under management, while Nordic Capital has a portfolio consisting of 32 companies with total revenue of over 14 billion euros.
