BP Norway forecasts that it will cut every fifth job in Norway. It writes E24.
The BP employees were informed about downsizing at a town hall meeting in BP headquarters in Forus outside Stavanger two o’clock Wednesday afternoon, according to the website.
210 positions, including contractors, cut, spread over 2016 and 2017. This comes on top of a reduction of 166 people last year.
Downsizing is part of the 4,000 positions BP globally has warned that going away.
