– Økokrim believes that the Oslo district court has considered the forsvarligheten of the former banksjefens kredittarbeid in a timely manner and that the punishment reflects the tillitsbruddet, says politiadvokat Jens H. Bachke in Økokrim.

the Oslo district court believed it was without importance for the case that the defendant considered herself to have been deceived.

– If the defendant had behaved properly and followed the bank’s kredittpolicy with the full check of whether the bank’s terms for loans, credits and guarantees were fulfilled, as would the loans, credits and guarantees in any case not have been granted, states the verdict.

By straffutmålingen was it considered as mitigating that the defendant has not had any personal gain by the actions, and that it has been a long time from the criminal act took place to the judgment fell on Wednesday in romjulen. Økokrim took over the case from the Inland police in the autumn of 2014 and took out the indictment in april 2016. (©NTB)
