Billionaire and Songa Offshore principal owner Frederik W. Mohn through his company Perestroika purchased 6,900,000 shares ten million shares in Agasti Holding an average price of NOK 1.35 per share, stated in a statement Thursday.

Perestroika is primary insider in the company.
After the transaction controls Perestroika total of 56,047,228 shares, representing about 19.08 percent of the total outstanding shares and votes in Agasti Holding.
Ydstebø seller
In a message Thursday the company said that while Coil Investment Group, the holding company of the investor Alfred Ydstebø, Wednesday has sold 10 million shares in Agasti Holding an average price of NOK 1.35 per share.
After that owns and controls Coil 27,436,755 shares in Agasti Holding, corresponding to a total holding of about 9.34 percentage calculated in relation to the share capital, under the disclosure threshold of 10 percent, stated the report.
Ydstebø is the founder and ex- top of Agasti.
