Norwegian drawn on trial in Sweden – Fædrelandsvennen

On the Consumer Ombudsman’s website states that few passengers know their rights when a flight is canceled or delayed.

“Therefore, correct, clear and easily accessible information is of great value,” says Consumer Gunnar Larsson at home.

Consumer Ombudsman pointed out deficiencies in 2013 and believes that they are not sufficiently addressed up. Therefore they ask that dishes imposes Norwegian fine of half a million crowns. (© NTB)
