Kristian Røkke takes up position in Akastor ASA 10. August 2015.
– Kristian’s experience, expertise and results achieved will constitute a unique core Akastor, says Chairman of Akastor and Aker CEO Øyvind Eriksen.
Her salary is set at 3.5 million. Manager Scheme in the company allows him to get a variable pay increases, which will account for two-thirds of the salary in shares or cash.
Kristian Røkke is currently Chairman of Aker Philadelphia Shipyard ASA (AKPS), a leading US commercial shipyard, and has previously been CEO of AKPS.
Akastor divorced last spring spun off from Aker Solutions as a pure oil service companies. Røkke replaces Reite, whose leader Akastor since Aker Solutions division.
Reitetinden starts as CFO in Aker ASA and is proposed as Chairman of Akastor. Øyvind Eriksen stairs down to ordnært director, while the boss – Kjell Inge Røkke – resign from the board. (NTB)
