Norwegian leaders are experiencing a lack of support from their own commanders. The consequence is more solo players and less teamwork, says Tone Rose Todal Haug in HR Norway.

HR Norway It slips between levels in Norwegian operations, according to this year’s edition of Global Employee and Leadership Index 2015 (GELX). The study is a comparison between the management culture in 39 countries.

Norwegian leaders differ not only out using the least time on management, but also experience getting increasingly less support from their leaders. Squeeze for middle managers look in other words to increase.

Tone Rose Todal Haug, who is project manager for GELX in HR Norway, believes leaders lack of support from above is problematic.
