Leaders are let down by their own – Dagens Næringsliv

Norwegian leaders are experiencing a lack of support from their own commanders. The consequence is more solo players and less teamwork, says Tone Rose Todal Haug in HR Norway.

HR Norway It slips between levels in Norwegian operations, according to this year’s edition of Global Employee and Leadership Index 2015 (GELX). The study is a comparison between the management culture in 39 countries.
