The trial runs in Stavanger District Court and is set five days to the case.

The group has said that they will submit new information during the trial.

Breast Cancer

The Statoil employees woman was hospitalized after a tough operation to get reconstructed breast. So the woman received an SMS from Statoil boss that dream job her was decided outsourced.

In the afternoon 9 April 2014 the woman received a text message with the message that her job was outsourced, along with 68 HR professionals to Statoil.

Here is the SMS

“We have today received the news that the company has decided to outsource HR services and the hr accounting and our dept tasks. there are undertakings which means that employees will be transferred to the supplier. Call me when you’re in shape and want to talk. Sincerely “(anonymous of Aftonbladet, ed.’s note.).

The woman sued Statoil autumn 2014, after receiving assistance from trade union Industri Energi. She needs to get the job in the oil company back. In a separate petition demanded she be able to continue in Statoil work to main story started, but the case she lost.

Closed doors

Statoil ask that part of the trial of the woman closes and will not comment on the treatment of her now.

A queue of lawsuits is up for state oil company Statoil year. In total 12 court cases, employees sued the company to get the job back.
