– The Government has shown its true face in these negotiations. This is an assault on our members and their rights, says LO Stat leader Tone Rønoldtangen. According to her demanded state that the vast majority of wage determination shall be made in local negotiations without conflict right.

LO Stat believes the state’s requirements will lead to a very unfair distribution where someone gets big dividends, while most get less.

A conciliation in the state will start within the next week and a possible conflict could come into force in late may. The parties have agreed mediation deadline May 25 at 24.

Greater distance

According Norheim was the reason for the breakup including large distance on the distribution of the established framework. Moreover rejected state confederations’ claim negotiations involving public service.

– The Government wants a good and inclusive process with the parties on public service pensions, and Labour and Social Affairs is in dialogue with the parties on this process, says Minister of Local Government in January Tore Sanner (H).

stretched far

– the state was not willing to accommodate us when it comes to general salary increase for all. We were not getting approval for the right to strike on pensions, says manager Paul N. Arnesen YS Stat.

He added that although the financial framework they have agreed are in line with the front subject, was the state’s proposal for distribution between central and local wage increase unacceptable for the association.

– the offer from the state was unacceptable in terms of lack of bargaining on pensions. In addition, the economic profile and proposed new wage system for the poor, says chief negotiator Petter Aaslestad Uniontown State. He believes the government has realized that changes in public service pensions to be negotiated between the parties in the public sector, such pension settlement in 2005 envisaged.

– Last was negotiated in labor negotiations in 2009. This time would not the government give us such bargaining.

Neither LO state agreed with the government on how to conduct negotiations on the public service will be implemented. They are scheduled to take place during the next collective agreement.

– I am disappointed that we end up with the Office mediator with as much distance between supply and demands. This will definitely be some tough rounds in the weeks to come, says the head Rønoldtangen.

Academics satisfy

– We are very satisfied with this year’s wage in the state. General Collective Agreement has been modernized, and wage formation moved out to the individual business. It will increase productivity and provide better welfare services to the population, says Anders Kvam, head of Akademikerne State.

Municipal Sanner is also pleased with the agreement and believe it involves a renewal of the Basic Collective Agreement.

– We have long cooperation with all the confederations to bring about a modernization of the Basic Collective Agreement. Through the agreement with Akademikerne we have come an important step forward in renewing and improving public sector, says Sanner.
