Earlier today we mentioned Praxair entry into Uno-X Hydrogen.
Praxair Norwegian subsidiary takes an ownership stake of 20 percent. Reitan Group Uno-X owns 41 percent, while NEL ASA has the remaining 39 percent.
NEL-director Jon Andre Løkke looking forward to working with the new partner.

Uno-X Hydrogen builds out the first commercial network of hydrogen filling stations in Norway, and aims to establish 20 stations by 2020.
– Together with Praxair, we want to develop robust solutions for the distribution of hydrogen in a network of filling stations. The Norwegian example may be important also in other markets such as California, Germany and Japan, continue loop.
NEL boss believes the key to successful development is to work closely with oil and gas companies.

Øystein Stray Spetalen is the largest single shareholder in NEL ASA. Through Strata Marine & amp; Offshore and Ferncliff Maris he owns just over 11 percent of the company.
