Framar AS and Profond AS, which is the investment companies to Chairman Ole-Eirik Lerøy and CEO Aarskog in Marine Harvest has sold shares in the company, according to a recent announcement.
Lerøy has total sold 1.22 million shares shares at a price of 129.90 million or a total of 144.7 million crowns, while Aarskog rid of 100,000 shares at a price of 131.1 crowns per share or a total of NOK 13.1 million.
After the transaction controls Lerøy 0.47 percent of Marine Harvest and owns 2.1 million shares in the company. While Aarskog sitting on 1,678,531 shares and options in salmon company.
Please note that Periscopus by Trygve OBI owns four million shares, representing a stake of 0.9 percent in Marine Harvest.
