The plantation gets the Swedish owners – 30 years after the adventure started in Skedsmo – Romerikes Blad

The Norwegian plant and hagebutikkjeden Plantation acquired by the Swedish investment company Ratos for about nok 1.2 billion.

the Plantation has today 124 stores in Norway, Sweden and Finland, and with its 1,200 employees the largest chain in the sale of plants and garden equipment. The plantation value is estimated at about 2.9 billion.

Ratos is a Swedish investment company that owns and develops unlisted, medium-sized nordic companies. The company is listed on the stockholm stock exchange and has 16.100 employees and a portfolio of 21 companies, which include industrial and consumer products.
