* Housing sales in the first half was 20 percent lower than in the same period in 2013

* Starting in the first half is 18 percent lower than the first half last year.

* All building types have declined compared to last year in both sales and Startup .

* Most counties experienced a decline in both sales and housing starts, while Oslo and Akershus affected far the most powerful of the decline in housing starts.

– We see that there are still going to be poor initiation, in that we have had such poor sales in the past year. People must be willing to buy housing in the prospectus, which has proven to be difficult to achieve, says CEO Per Jaeger in Homebuilders Association.
