“Edible”

– Now we put it out for around 25 million. I think this is a price that is palatable in today’s market, says managing director Ronny Jorstad by Active Real Estate Kragerø.

The property comprises – in addition to the main farm and a number of smaller houses on the island – the 76 plots that are leased, 22 unbuilt cabin sites as well as 15 to 17 sites that are zoned for residential construction. A number dock areas and shorelines also included.

– There are several things at the property that make it special: both the beautiful main farm and the exciting development opportunities, says Jorstad.

He emphasizes that not yet been given the go-ahead for development of the property. However, in connection with the renewal of the municipal land management plan now in winter, it is applied for approximately 70 residential units and 25 holiday units.

We Gondola

Jorstad says it is too early to say anything about the value inherent in any development of the property.
