In April 2007, Hallvard Flatland his villa in Øverberg road on Nesøya for sale.

25 million was the original asking price, and where it remained until May of this year, when See and Hear wrote that the accommodation was relaunched 20 million.

Finally sold today
For one month ago wrote DN that the price was cut further – to 17.9 million.

– We see that the price must be reduced on some properties . It might be because there are some high expectations to begin with.

– Remember to cut some of hitting stakeholders. But we’re not talking about dramatic cuts, said the responsible broker Nils Nordvik in Nordvik & amp; Partners then.

The same newspaper understands that a bid of 16.5 million were built with a deadline of 13 o’clock today.

And now Nordvik put “sold-stamp” on the property.

– Both the buyer and seller are satisfied with the transaction, says Nordvik a comment to Hegnar.no.

– A frenzied housing
The price he can not tell, but it Hegnar.no have reason to believe it ended not far from the asking price.

– The property has a higher technical value than the asking price was. The owner before today sells lavish property with multiple million, giving a real high quality continuing broker.

Flatland even said to DN in May that the valuation of technical value was 25 million but 20 million might be a “more realistic price in today’s market.”

Still, he’s happy with anything close to 17.9 million dollars today.

– Buyer has received an insane housing. Should he or she have brought up this villa on this plot today, it had cost a lot of over 20 million, says Nordvik facing Hegnar.no.
