For exactly one year ago started the NPT a closed frequency auction. Tele2, which had invested two and half billion mobile network in Norway, came defeated in the auction. Swedish owners let the Norwegian business up for sale.
This is the case first tried Tele2 to be acquired by Ice, which bought frequencies Tele2 hunts. But negotiations broke down. Then started Tele2 negotiations with NetCom own, TeliaSonera.
