NEL ASA, where known investors who Øystein Stray Spetalen and Jan Haudemann-Andersen is heavily involved on the ownership side, reported Sunday about a binding agreement with the shareholders of H2 Logic A / S to acquire all shares in the company for 300 million dollars.
100 million will be paid in cash while the rest will be in the form of new NEL shares ITIL courses 1.35 million.
NEL will as a result of the acquisition of the Danish company position itself as a world leading supplier of hydrogen fueling stations.

When asked what Spetalen shall have the shares before selling them, answering investor:
– I’m not there at all. This could be worth 50 billion, 100 billion, infinite. If hydrogen takes over the transport industry, as there is no limit to how big this could be.
