Öhmangruppen and oppkjøpsfondet Nordic Capital through the company NNB Intressenter announced a bid on the nettmegleren Nordnet.
the Bid is a 37 Swedish crowns per share, says Nordnet in a message. The bid values the entire Nordnet to 6,48 billion Swedish krona.
From the prior owner Öhmangruppen 62,7 per cent of Nordnet. The group, which has been the main shareholder since its inception in 1996, the turns now together with Nordic Capital to acquire the rest of the Nordnet.

In the Nordnet board of directors will now consider the offer. In that connection there shall be collected an independent ekspertvurdering.
It is expected that the acceptance period for the offer will start around 5. December and quit around 23. January next year.
Nordnet is today listed on the Stockholm stock exchange, where the stock bykser 26 percent to 37,1 million after the bid was known.
If the bid goes through, the plan to budgiverne to take the company off the stock exchange.

Öhman is a privately owned group of companies with 78 billion Swedish kronor under management, while Nordic Capital has a portfolio consisting of 32 companies with total revenue of over 14 billion euros.
