the DEA is increasing its share in the Njord field, in seven licenses in the area around the field through the acquisition from the Engie E&P Norge. The company plans to spend 15 billion on the Norwegian continental shelf over the next four years.
Through the acquisition, we are establishing ourselves as one of the largest players in the Njord area, and confirms our objective to grow in Norway, ” says Hans-Hermann Andreae, managing director of the DEA Norge.
the Acquisition means that DEA increases its resources and reserves, with around 45 million barrels of oil equivalent at a discounted price, according to the company.
