– The speed of the housing market is very high. There are many on the views and good with bidders on most items. And the pressure is extra large in Oslo, says CEO. Director of DNB Property, Terje Halvorsen.

Several broker chains point to the newspaper that it is still relatively small homes on the market, which is helping to push up prices. Particularly two- and three-room apartments of up to 70 square meters in the big cities especially sought after.

– Most runs over fare, and in Oslo yesterday they usually 200000-600000 million over fare, says Halvorsen.

Also adm. Director Owning real estate, Hedda K. Ulvness, tells about higher activity in the housing market than normal.
