Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee voted according Upstream and TDN Finans 12-10 in favor of presenting the proposal to repeal the Senate’s plenary, which will be debated later this year.
The proposal is part of a bigger package in the form of the law of Offshore Production and Energy Sing National Security (Opens), which will also expand the areas for petroleum operations and increase revenue sharing between oil-producing states.
