Ivar E. Tollefsen (53) started with two empty hands and disco equipment, and ended as the largest private residential landlord with apartments both in the Oslo area and on the other side of the border, writes FinansAvisen.
Last year, 5,200 apartments in Sweden new owners divided into two transactions and total sales Fredensborg-group property for 3.6 billion from January to December.
This year Tollefsen sold for a further one billion, but according to Magnus Nordholmneset in Fredensborg, they have bought just as much.
“The market for residential property in Norway and Sweden show strong demand, and the Board expects a similar trend in the coming years,” Printer Tollefsen according to financial newspaper in its annual report for 2013.
