The former company LuxStyle selling slimming belts and creams. Consumer Council received nearly 200 inquiries for the company last year. There are more than furniture chain IKEA, says Flønes.
People reported that they received bills from LuxStyle without having bought something with them.
– There is a serious problem that you get bills on items you did not order. And that firms are quick to send recoveries, says she said.
Flønes says that no one should pay the bills for items they did not order.
