Tempelseter Panorama consists of 13 plots where the seller delivers turnkey cottages provided by quality supplier Rindal Cabins. The cabin is a custom Rindal Cabin from Gazebo collection.

Gazebo is a modern collection of holiday that builds on Rindal Cabins experience and Norwegian building tradition where simple building shells placed gently into the terrain. Gazebo closeness to the surroundings through the window fields as appropriate retracted under the eaves. The open living room in central cabin has translucency that allows adhering at one with nature. In the large window panes there are sliding doors with direct access to balconies and patios that helps the threshold between inside and outside erased.

Cabin type selected for Tempelseter Panorama is “gazebo”. This is a modern and efficient cabin. Once you enter, you notice that there is a wonderful cottage, built with modules.

Both crafts quality and extensive use of natural materials such as wood, stone and glass gives a sense of solidity and authenticity.
windows on both sides of the open living area provides a close contact with nature, and the fireplace location will be the natural focal point and host to the good conversations on a cold vintersdag. The solution with a loft above the kitchen and ceiling height of 1,92m in the living room provides a great sense of space and air.

LIVING: The open solution living area has, will provide ample space for dining table adjacent to the kitchen and couches with coffee table. Wood-paneled ceilings and wide floorboards in solid oak with underfloor heating provides a warm ambience.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has a sleek and simple design with subtle color scheme. The equipment is delivered by quality manufacturer Linfield with integrated appliances from Bosch / Siemens. freehold plots (all sites will get own gnr and BNR). The lots will be separated from Gnr./Bnr. 143/12 and 142/1. Plot 47,48 and 51, and U42-U51 (all 13 plots ref. Reg.kart) will get a plot size of approximately 750 sqm. Finally carve, surveying and construction of the road is scheduled right after winter, when soil conditions allow it (dryland and tælefritt). Seller takes therefore subject to the commencement date, and that it will be able to get minor adjustments to property boundaries acc. Reg. map by getting way or other reasons. Plot size will still be about 750 sqm. Landowners are responsible for preparation of road infrastructure and plots. Rindal Cabins are responsible for site development (excavation of building foundations, landscaping of the way into the plot, two parking spaces and rough leveling) and construction of turnkey cabin. Water, sewage and electricity comes as connection fee and is included in the cabin price.

It should be noted that the buyer has the opportunity to subscribe purchases Insurance. This is a legal expenses insurance that provide security and professional legal advice should be detected unexpected errors or defects in the property over the next five years.
