Sparebank 1 SMN want you to pay for any bidding self – Trønder-Avisa

It is Dagens Næringsliv who writes this.

– We will not finance the wildest betting rounds. If you are going by more than ten percent over the asking price, we assume that all bid increase over this covered with equity, says credit manager Change The Reite Sparebank 1 SMN to Dagens Næringsliv.

For large deviations

For the newspaper, they say they believe that the deviations from the asking price to sales price is very large.

– The consequence is that you must now have more equity if they wish to participate in bidding far above asking price. Previously we have purchase basis. This will therefore be noticeable to anyone who will bid far above asking price, says Reite the newspaper.

Sparebank 1 SMN believes that many features of what they should, because they can be carried away.

– There is a common misconception that a home is worth what you are buying it for. Value is what you can sell it for others. Would bidding process allows many stretches much longer than they should. Many are probably not in the last dollars on a subsequent sale, says Mr Reite.

Two housing market

The housing market in the country is now divided in two, and thus it will be different how this plays out for those who are looking for housing. In Stavanger and Kristiansand increase the supply of housing, while in the Oslo area constantly set new record lows in the number of homes for sale.

– We see an increasingly clear dichotomy in the housing market. In oil-sensitive regions such as Western and Southern developer housing market steadily weaker, while eastern area still remains very good price ratio, says Dreyer.

It took an average of 41 days to sell a home in February. This is marginally faster than a year ago. It was sold 6,401 homes in February, down 4.4 percent from last year when it was set a new sales record in February.
