Complete is now a mobile network, but how are the prices? – Your side

Your page Complete has long been much more than an online store for technology. Among other Sandefjord company become both pharmacies, insurance and banking.

Now Complete also become a mobile operator; Complete Mobil.

– The Norwegian mobile market is currently dominated by two players, and we want to challenge the mobile market in Norway. Many customers already shop mobile phones from us so it’s a natural extension to offer mobile phone subscriptions, says CEO Ole Vinje at Komplett in a statement.

However, the new operator Complete Mobil something you actually should consider? Dinside seen what Norway’s freshest mobile operator has to offer.

How are the prices?

As brand new operator is more maybe the most important thing to pass the ball.

The minimum subscription is quite high priced; 249 million for 1GB of data and free voice and SMS is a good distance from the cheapest operators. But then you also get free EU roaming, and for just one fifty patch more skips to 4GB.

Here are their prices, compared with the cheapest competitors as the market looked during our recent price test:

Complete Mobile cheapest competitor
1 GB 249, – 99 – (Ice.net 1GB)
4 GB 299 – 250, – (Hello 5GB)
10 GB 399, – 300, – (Hello 10GB)
20 GB 499, – 400, – (Hello 20GB)

What about coverage and speed?

Complete Mobile use Telenor’s network. This has long been regarded as the best coverage, but recently went actually Telia (formerly Netcom) with victory in Tek.no its coverage test.

Complete operator uses “4G +” – stickers in marketing. Such networks can according to Telenor provides theoretical speeds of up to 450 megabits per second (Mbit / s), but Complete Mobile provides only a maximum of 20 Mbit / s.

This is twice as much as for example low actor Hello offers. But when Dinside recently tested how much data rate has to say in practice, we concluded “not so violently.”

SINGLE: Complete Mobile runs a simple pricing structure, with four “levels” , as the game focused company calls it.

What about roaming?

Complete Mobile advertise a “free roaming in the EU” for all subscriptions theirs. This is something operators like banks Complete their prices typically do not offer.

The competitors Telenor and Telia uses the term EEA , which then also includes Iceland and Liechtenstein. However Complete Mobil also those countries on the list of free roaming countries.

This means, that you can surf in large parts of Europe without paying any more than you would in Norway since the data taken by the firm data quota.

“Twice the data”?

Complete Mobile advertise a “double data”. But they write nowhere what this is doubly off, other than that they also specify what half of data their quotas is.

When Dinside checks, we quickly see that the quotas are the double of Telenor their in every price category. A kick to its biggest competitor, ie.

– But why do not you see what this ‘double’ actually means?

– We have compared us with the biggest players in the market and deliver more data than what they are doing at the same price. Changes happen fast in this market, so currently it is double data compared with Telenor, but tomorrow may be different, says communications director Ingebjørg Tollnes in Komplett at Dinside.
