The main index on the Oslo Stock Exchange climbed today to 1.44 percent before ending at 611.57 points. It was traded shares for 3.45 billion.
During the last month, the Oslo Stock Exchange fell 0.93 percent while the main index is up 0.21 percent so far this year.
Petroleum / Statoil

Norwegian was beaten
Norwegian does not get new temporary permit to fly in the United States by the US DOT. That means the ministry will spend even more time to process the application for a permanent permit to fly for Norwegian Air UK (NUK)
– The license will be the same as Norwegian already in the parent company Norwegian Air Shuttle. The Ministry has not granted an application from NUK about temporary permission, says communications director Anne-Sissel Skånvik comments.
Norwegian fell 2.47 percent to 280.60 kroner.
PGS punished severely
Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS) had a fleet utilization at 58 percent by the seismic contract in Q2 2016. That’s up from 35 percent in the same period last year.
the utilization of multi-client seismic entered the 21 percent (down from 42 percent), while the “steaming” rose from 13 to 19 percent.
Thursday we read that numbers breakers DNB Markets reiterates its sell recommendation on PGS. Course target cut from 20 to 17 million.
The brokerage believes PGS will need an injection of new liquidity in early 2018.
PGS ended at 19.06 kroner after a decline of 3 , 35 percent.
Funcom
the Board of Funcom has decided to carry out a share issue directed to all shareholders of the company as of June 30, 2016.
the stock fell 1.94 percent to 1.01 penny.
