Facebook beats all records in the third quarter – NRK

Facebook Inc. laying out the numbers when the stock exchange closed in New York city on Wednesday afternoon. The third quarter was very strong for the company.

Revenue has grown by 56 per cent compared with the same period last year. Advertising revenues were at a staggering 6.9 billion dollars.

“We have put behind us another good quarter,” says Mark Zuckerberg soberly in a press release. He is the founder and managing director of the company.

Great expectations
