Car Dealer Chain Toyota Hell Bil sold to Bilia, writes Trønder-Avisa.
The company has soon ten years been owned by LTN Trøndelag, an investment company where Geirr Emil Carlsen is the biggest shareholder.
Carlsen said in a statement that LTN Group’s strategic role in the development of both Toyota Hell Bil and Toyota Horten Tønsberg is completed according to the plans.
– We have now found the most correct strategic ownership to drive our automotive businesses, says Carlsen.
Hell Bil was established by stjørdal no Kjell Adserø, which sold the company to Toyota importer Bauda in 1999. They sold it to LTN in 2006.
Toyota Hell Bil has outlets for the Japanese marque Toyota in Trondheim Orkanger, Oppdal, Stjørdal and Levanger. In addition dealer company also marked Lexus in Trondheim.
Swedish Eide Bilia is one of the largest car dealership chains and dealer including BMW, Ford and Volvo. The company already has no outlets in Central Norway.
