Onarheim stockpiling shares in North Energy – OBI Online

Chairman of North Energy, investor Anders Onarheim, has AB Investment AS purchased 200,000 North Energy shares, disclosed in a statement.

The shares were purchased at a price of NOK 1.22.

Following the transaction Onarheim through companies AB Investment AS and Isfjorden AS total 12,598,070 North Energy shares, equivalent to 10.58 percent of the company.

In addition to Onarheim has North Energy- Knut Sæberg secured 25,000 shares and now owns 567,869 shares, and SVP Business Development of North Energy, Christian Berlinger, bought 25,000 and now owns a total of 338,363 shares.

Financial adviser and primary insider of North Energy, Didrik Leikvang, bought 100,000 shares through his wholly owned company Kharybdis AS. Following the transaction, he through companies Kharybdis AS and Isfjorden AS total 1,593,106 ksjer, corresponding to 1.34 percent of the company.
