Stock straight up despite red numbers – Exchange opens in plus – OBI Online

Oslo Børs is expected opened flat on Tuesday. After a few minutes’ trade is the main index of 595.97, up 0.40 percent.

– Lower oil prices sent the Oslo Stock Exchange from plus to minus Monday afternoon. That said, the movements on the downside was relatively modest. Crude

Brent oil rises on Tuesday morning at the exchange’s opening 0 , 66 percent to $ 43.92 a barrel. That’s about $ 0.8 lower than at the close of trading Monday.

WTI oil is also flat at $ 43.44 a barrel.

Statoil has opened up 0.30 percent to 134.30 kroner.

Weaker from Røkke company

Kjell Inge Røkke-dominated Ocean Yield reports a profit after tax of $ 18.6 million in Q1 2016, compared with $ 28.1 million in the same period last year.

Earnings per share were $ 0.14, compared with $ 0.21 at the same crossroads last year.

the result before taxes was $ 21.7 million, compared with $ 28.2 million last year.

Bright strong from Bakkafrost

earnings per share were minus 0.00 euros, against a loss of 0.00 euros at the same crossroads last year.

the result before taxes was minus 0.33 million euros, compared with minus 0.27 million euros the previous year.

the share pops still up 9.09 percent to 3.96 million.

Lose still

Photocure announces a profit after tax of minus 706,000 million in Q1 2016 against a loss of 11.0 million in the same period last year.

Earnings per share were minus 0.03 million, against a loss of 0.51 million at the same crossroads last year.

the stock is up 0.71 percent to 42.80 crowns.

Turned to minus

Napatech report a profit after tax at minus 4.5 million Danish kroner in Q1 2016, compared with plus 3.5 million Danish kroner in the same period last year.

Earnings per share were minus 0.77 Danish kroner, against plus 0, 60 Danish kroner at the same crossroads in 2015.

the result before tax was negative with 5.8 million Danish kroner, compared with plus 4.6 million Danish kroner the year before.

the share is still up 1.06 percent to 19 million.

Multiconsult
Multiconsult report a profit after tax of 35.8 million in Q1, compared with 54, NOK 2 million at the same crossroads last year.

the company received during the quarter revenue of 732.3 million, compared with NOK 623.8 million the year before.

Criticizes Norwegian top

It’s in Norwegian’s Statute that the chairman will lead the Nomination Committee. But Norwegian shareholders react to that Bjørn H. Kise is both chairman and president of the Election Committee, which elects the board of the company, writes DN.

Manager Lars Erik Moen at Danske Capital manages one of the five largest holdings in Norwegian, some five percent of the shares. He refers to “Norwegian recommendation for corporate governance” (Code of Practice).

– There is a clear recommendation that the Nomination Committee shall be independent. In general, I believe that the principle should be observed unless there is good reason to deviate. There is no apparent reason for it, Moen says to DN.

NAS is down 0.09 percent to 349.50 kroner at the exchange.

proposes new board member

the Nomination Committee in Telenor proposes according to a stock exchange announcement on Tuesday that Ashok Vaswani (55) as a new director of Telenor ASA.

Ashok Vaswani was born in India in 1960 and lives in London. Vaswani has held several executive positions in Barclays PLC since he started there in 2010, and is currently Managing Director of Barclays UK.

The share rise 1.10 percent to 138.10 kroner.

Shares in Kongsberg Gruppen ASA will be traded ex. dividend NOK 4.25 today.

The stock is down 2.92 percent to 133 kroner.
