Ole Henrik Bjørge (46) has set price record at Nesøya having paid 60 million for Bavaria-millionaire May Len Sten Akers (49) lavish villa Vesthellinga 3 in Asker municipality. The home is on almost 1,000 square meters gross and has a long coastline and two piers, one of which can accommodate boats on both 50 and 60 feet, Finance writes newspaper.
Pareto boss is currently residing on a beachfront property on Tolvsrød outside Tønsberg, but also a huge apartment in Kristiansand terrace in Oslo. Now he has thus purchased a missionary property closer to the workplace in Queen Maud Street.

the property originally belonged Atle Brynestad, who paid 2.7 million for it back in 1985 and developed it at the end 1980s. Still Brynestad owner of the neighboring property, writes Finansavisen
May Len Stensaker bought the property in 2004 by Brynestad together with her late husband, Jan Trygve Stensaker, who stood behind the import of the popular Bavaria boats. The couple paid when 20.2 million to Brynestad and let big plans for the property.
Jan Trygve Stensaker was one of 73 Norwegians who passed away during the tsunami Christmas 2004. May Len Stensaker decided however to implement the construction project on Nesøya.
– She’s a lot of brains behind the solutions both inside and out. She has been wonderfully clever and created an incredible property, says real estate agent Carl Fredrik Solli Finansavisen.
He has registered one urådighetserklæring 70 million on the property, but would not comment on the price by the Finance newspaper knows thus should be at about 60 million.
