Swedbank upgrade Questerre Energy from neutral to buy, while kursmålet of the stock is increased from 3.5 to 8.5 million, reports TDN Finans.
the Background for the upgrade is that the regional parliament of Quebec has approved the new hydrokarbonlovgivning. It will probably mean that the authorities open up for the development of gas – and skiferoljereserver in the province.
the Likelihood of commercial development in the “Lowlands”area, where Questerre holds a licence, has increased from 50 to 70 per cent, believe Swedbank.
Questerre shares have risen about 574 per cent in 2016. Now the stock is up 51 per cent of 7,95 million.
