There are certainly no other collection during the year representing the diversity of the Norwegian business sector as well. Here are men and some women from all industries, from small and large businesses, from town and country and from north to south.
The impact on all firms is obviously difficult to capture during a day. But most Aftenposten spoke to are looking at 2015 a number of different reasons. No to be intimidated by the price of oil has more than halved in six months, but many are excited duration.

During NHO conferences in recent years, people have talked a lot about dichotomy in the Norwegian economy. Oil sector has been on full upswing, while mainland industry has struggled with high wage growth and a strong krone has eaten profitability.
Now the roles are reversed. There are oil companies who say people up. Wærsted Nordea has a wide view of the business world.
– There are basic healthy to get a correction. We have long talked about the dichotomy that little unhealthy. Now we’ll see if there is flexibility in the Norwegian economy to build up something new instead of it being gone, she says.
Wærsted has been in the waves many times before.
