Ms. Schrøder, former longstanding director of Yara, the strong opposition formerly CEO Thorleif Enger.

When Ms. Schrøder was critical of some of Yara investments, she claimed DN following response:

“I see any question as an insult.”

Fønss Schroder wrote about the incident in a letter to Industry Minister Monica Mæland (H) in January last year.

– My clear perception of Yara was that as a director could not perform their work adequately because one could not ascertain the things happening in the company, said Ms. Schrøder in court Thursday.

Enger expressed reluctance

to discuss the size of the option packages in Yara.

– He was the so enraged that it was uncomfortable to have a dialogue about something that I thought was a healthy reasonableness consideration, said Ms. Schrøder about Engers reaction.
