More good news for EMGS – Hegnar Online

Seismikkselskapet announces Friday that they expands cooperation with TGS in Barents sea.

According to the message to the TGS invest in a 3D CSEM data acquisition project related to the fourth licensing round.

“the Contribution from TGS will be recognized as a reduction in the value of the EMGS multi-client library”, states the message.

Further states that EMGS has sold the MultiClient data in Norway in a deal for two million dollars. This will be posted in the first quarter, according to the company.

Not enough with it. The company has also entered into a new charteravtale for the vessel Boa Thalassa with BOA SBL.

the Terms are however modified.

the Rent of the ship is reduced by about 20 percent in the agreement that has start-up the first of October with a fixed period of two years, plus three six-month options. There should also be agreement on the extra flexibility in 2017.

The current contract expires in april, and the ship will thus be able to stay on to be without a job until October.
