Here described new homes away in a sensational pace – HegnarOnline

Economic Analysis today released a new report on new housing sales in Norway (Econ New Housing).

This shows that in the past two months (April-June) have been sold 3,552 new homes in Norway, 19 percent more than in the previous two-month period and 65 percent more than the same period last year.

The sale represents 21 percent of the homes that have been for sale, compared with 20 percent sales rate at the previous crossroads (for two months ago) and 15 percent a year ago.

However, the regional differences are large.

For example, it continues strong sales in Eastern Norway. 2,109 homes sold in the past two months is by far the highest recorded since statistics began in 2001.

Eastern Norway had thus also the highest selling rate – 27 percent.

Northern Norway had on his side 21 percent, while Central Norway and Western Norway had respectively. 17 and 16 prosent.Lavest lying south with 13 percent.

The turnover rate corresponds to new housing sales last two months as a percentage of the number of for sale (which is unsold two months ago + the number of new homes that have been laid out for Sales since then).

statistics include 37,325 homes spread over 1,566 projects. In June, 13,072 of these unsold.

The inventory of unsold homes has increased by more than 835 since April, and sales of homes have thus been lower than the number offered for sale.

Price per square meter of all the homes in the statistics is 46,000 kroner.

Oslo is highest with 64,600 kroner, while Stavanger is closest with NOK 57,000.

In Tromsø, Bergen and Trondheim, prices were around 50,000 kroner.

In typical district counties, prices are around 35,000 dollars per square meter.
