- I sold too cheap – HegnarOnline

Entrepreneur Terje Høili never thought Europris could be an initial candidate when he sold the company for 1.3 billion in 2004. Friday, the company on the stock exchange with a market capitalization of 7.5 billion, writes Dagens Næringsliv.

– I sold too cheap. This is a new chapter, neither I nor Wiggo had probably ever imagined that this company was going through the stock exchange, says Høili said.

Høili entered Europris in 2000 and sold it to IK Investment Partners. Three years ago, bought acquisitions company Nordic Capital company with debts of nearly three billion.

– The climate of the stock exchange has changed, and four years ago was not trade an industry for the future. We have got some things and doing better than average. We have replaced the lead, turned things around and got a better organization, says partner in Nordic Capital and chairman of Europris, Tom Vidar Rygh.
