Synnøve Finden goes to litigation because of unfair discrimination and violation of the right of establishment, writes Dagens Næringsliv.
The reason for the lawsuit is Synnøve Finden competitor, Q, get 50 cents per. liter of milk they use in the production of yogurt – a stipend that came able to compensate for the competitive disadvantage against brother Valentine.
Finden get however not the same femtiøringen when they will produce yogurt, making sure they get commodity prices that are about 10 percent higher than Q.
– I never thought it would be necessary to go to trial against the state with a FRP minister in the lead, because she breaks with the Progress policy and maintains unlawful discriminatory competition rules, says board member Jan Lived in Synnøve Finden.
– This was a grant that was given to Q based on the particular situation that existed at the time when this creamery was established, the answer Ministry has given earlier.
Listhaug not want to make any comment to the lawsuit. She refers to the Ministry, which again shows that they have until April 24 to respond. (NTB)
